We collect information from you when you Booking on the Little Star Celebration’s website. We collect personally identifiable information such as email address, name, phone number, geography etc.

 

USE OF YOUR INFORMATION:

You are required to submit your personal information at the time of booking a package and subsequently making a payment on the website. This personal information includes your name, email id, phone number and your location. We may share this information with the person organizing the event. We may also share this personal information with our corporate entities and affiliates to help them trigger rewards as per their marketing needs.

If we decide to change our privacy policy, we will post those changes on this page so that you are always aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances we disclose it.

 

LOSS OF PERSONAL BELONGINGS

“Little Star Celebration” accepts no responsibility for loss of any personal property. We will also not be responsible for any lost or stolen things.

 

Refund Time

1. When does Little Star Celebration refund a Transaction once it is initiated?

Experience Saga will initiate the refund on the next working day from the day of confirming non-availability of the venue. It will take 7-10 working days for the amount to reflect on the original mode used to pay.

2. How long will the refund take to reflect in your bank account?

It will take 7-10 working days for the refund to reflect in the original mode of payment. In case you do not receive funds, you can send an email to [email protected]

Terms & Condition

Balloon surprise at Home| Room Decoration:

 (Need to know:

These are not helium balloons. We use air-filled metallic balloons to create the same look as of helium balloons.

The pictures shown here are of the original setup and the same would be done at your place

Some add-ons might not be available for same day booking. Please confirm at +91-88-2628-3115 before making the payment

The time you select is the Completion Time (the time by which you want the decorations to be completed)

Decorator details will be shared with you on the performance day of your booking

It is adviced to remove the balloons after the event is over. Keeping them for longer duration might result in marks

An extra charge may apply for bookings before 12 pm

This service is available across Noida, Delhi NCR (Gurgaon, Faridabad and Ghaziabad) *

You will have to provide stool/ladder for decorations to be done on the ceiling

Festival’s Decoration (New year party, Valentine’s day, republic & Independence Day, Diwali, Holi) :

For Festival’s Decoration Day, we will not be taking any cancellation requests however rescheduling can be discussed on phone for few specific cases.

 

CANCELLATIONS, EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS

Packages/Surprises once sold cannot be exchanged, cancelled or refunded. Please make sure you check the time and location before you book your packages. For same day bookings, certain add-ons are subject to availability. In case of non-availability of certain add-ons, the customer will be refunded the amount of the add-ons (if paid). However, no other refund shall be made.

  1. If cancellations are made 8 or more days before the start date of booking, 10% of the total package cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
  2. Any cancellation received within 24 hours prior to booking date will less a charge of 50% of the booking value. Only reschedule request will be taken on the same day within 6 hours prior to booking time Other reschedule request will be handled from case to case basic.
  3. In the case of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions, certain activities may be affected and in such case, we or service providers will try their best to provide an alternate feasible activity. However no refund will be provided for the same.
  4. If cancellations are made by us after you receive the booking confirmation, 100% of the booking value will be charged as cancellation fees.
  5. In case the cancellation policies are not mentioned on package details’ page the following terms will apply.
  6. To formally cancel the booking, please send an email to [[email protected]]. Email sent to any other company id will not be accepted
  7. We try our best but under some circumstances, we might not able be to arrange your booked add-on. In such cases, the update will be given to you and the full value of the add-on shall be refunded
  8. In case we fail to confirm your booking after receiving your payment, you will receive a 100% refund of the amount paid.
